A801 Double Acting Complete Pneumatic Piston Seal
ALP A801 complete pneumatic piston is designed to be used especially for short stroke pneumatic iron and aluminium cylinders as a complete piston.
A801 double acting complete piston is manufactured with high specification special 80 shore ALP NBR compound, double cup seal, and 80 shore NBR vulcanised metal disc support as standard.

ALP A801 complete piston offers a versatile design that accommodates nearly all cylinder types. Offers excellent sealing and guidening performance, corrosion and wear resistance thanks to elastomer coating, and immediate full pressure response because of its special design.
The A801 seal is easy to install to the piston rod and does not require other sealing elements. Is suitable for use in both oil and oil-free working conditions, though note that the seal should be lubricated on assembly.
A801 double acting piston seal can be used safely with pneumatic cylinders, with or without cushioning.
A853 Single Acting Combined Pneumatic Rod Seal / Wiper
ALP A853 pneumatic combined rod seal / wiper is designed especially to be used with pneumatic cylinders for rod applications and performs sealing and wiping functions whilst working in the cylinder.

Offers high wear resistance, long service life, easy installation, resistance to very harsh working conditions because of its robust profile design. Also has very low dynamic and static friction due to its lip geometry and as such is suitable for oil or oil-free working conditions (note that the seal should be lubricated on assembly).
Functions as a sealing element and wiper at the same time with excellent sealing performance, even in very small assembly conditions.
A854 Single Acting Combined Pneumatic Rod and Wiper Seal
ALP A854 two piece pneumatic combined rod and wiper seal is designed to be used especially for heavy duty pneumatic cylinder and rod applications, to perform sealing and wiping functions while working in the cylinder.

The ALP A854 pneumatic rod seal functions both as a sealing element and wiper simultaneously, providing excellent sealing performance. It offers protection against dirt particles on the front face of the cylinder, high wear resistance, long service life, and is easy to install.
It also has very low dynamic and static friction and smooth running due to lip geometry and as such is suitable for oil or oil-free working conditions (note the seal should be lubricated on assembly)
